This garment is worn on the legs to help protect the bracelets on your poodles.  They help keep urine, water, snow, mud, grass, seeds and other debris out of your carefully maintained grooming. Made of coated, waterproof ripstop, you simply pull the cuff over the bracelet and use the shock cord and toggle to secure just above and below the bracelet to provide a comfortable fit.

(The shock cording in picture is intentionally long so that a customizable fit for your dog can be created — simply, pull the toggle forward, retie the knot and cut the excess off)
